Terms of Service

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Raven Creed. Together they supersede any prior communication, verbal or written.

If any clause in this agreement is found to be unenforceable under Indian law, only that clause is set aside. The remainder continues to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. By continuing to use our site after a change, you accept the revised Terms.

To place an order or enter into this agreement, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of contracting under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may browse our website, but any purchase must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

We may, at our discretion, decline or withdraw access to our website from anyone who attempts to use it unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a manner that disrupts other users or our operations.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST, unless otherwise stated. International customers may see prices in their local currency through our payment gateway; final billing is in INR.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we dispatch the piece to you. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or operational constraint. Any amount already charged is refunded in full.

Order modifications or cancellations can be requested within 2–3 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun. After that window, the piece is in the making and cannot be recalled. We publish this window honestly in our FAQ and honour it.

Prices, promotions, and product descriptions may be updated without prior notice. An update does not retroactively apply to orders already dispatched.

We photograph our pieces under professional conditions and describe them with care. Minor variation in colour, texture, or weave between what you see on screen and the garment you receive is the nature of natural fibres and garment-dyed cotton — not a defect. Your device's display settings also affect how colour renders.

Where a product is represented as belonging to a specific collection (e.g., Green Thread with GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification), those claims are verified and traceable. We will not misrepresent fabric, origin, certification, or construction.

Typographical errors in pricing, availability, or description are occasionally unavoidable. Where such an error materially affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping timelines, courier partnerships, and territories are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refund timelines are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both documents are written to comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and form part of these Terms by reference.

In short: shipping is complimentary across India; returns are accepted within 10 days for damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched pieces; refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of the returned item passing inspection.

Risk in a piece passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment received.

Any personal data you share with us — name, address, contact details, order history — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect only what we need to fulfil your order, communicate with you about it, and improve our service.

Payment information is transmitted through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not see or store your card details on our servers.

Your data is never sold. Where we work with trusted partners — couriers, payment gateways, fulfilment — they receive only what is necessary to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality.

All content on this website — including the Raven Creed name, logo, RC monogram, taglines ("Dark by Creed," "For The Conscious Few"), product designs, prints, photographs, copy, and layout — is the intellectual property of LVJoi and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

You may view, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, resale, modification, or commercial use of any element — including designs, prints, or brand marks — requires our express written permission.

If you believe any content on our site infringes your own intellectual property, please write to us at support@ravencreed.com with the relevant details. We investigate every claim in good faith.

When using our website, you agree not to: attempt to breach its security, upload or transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, use the site to harass or defame any individual or group, or use it for any unlawful purpose under Indian or international law.

Any review, comment, or communication you submit to us should be truthful and your own. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is defamatory, unlawful, or violates the rights of others.

Violation of this section may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your access to our website and any associated services.

We work to provide our website and service without interruption, accuracy, or error. Where something does go wrong, our liability to you — for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our site or purchase of our products — is limited to the value of the order in question, except where applicable Indian law requires otherwise.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of our website or products.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control: courier disruptions, weather, strikes, civil unrest, internet outages, or other force-majeure events.

Third-party links that appear on our site are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and cannot be held responsible for the content, practices, or products of third-party websites. Please read their terms and policies before engaging with them.

If a dispute arises between us, we ask that you first write to support@ravencreed.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Most issues are resolved this way, quickly and in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, which cannot be resolved through direct communication, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi / NCR.
