This structure lets us maintain both speed and sustainability. It lets us move quickly for our home market while remaining uncompromising about the environmental standards of our flagship sustainable line. You will always know which line your piece belongs to — it is marked clearly on every product page.
Every product page shows which line it belongs to. The timeline, the route, and the origin — always transparent, never buried.
Produced and dispatched domestically. Crafted at our partner workshops, hand-inspected, and shipped directly from within India.
All Classic Tee and Heavyweight Drop pieces fall under this line. Delivery windows apply to major metropolitan and serviceable pin codes; remote locations may add 1—2 working days.
Our flagship sustainable series. Crafted with globally certified eco-conscious fabrics and may be fulfilled through our international production partners.
The Green Thread line uses globally certified sustainable fabrics and processes. Delivery timelines vary with destination and customs; the upper end of the range accounts for international clearance.

Made in India pieces travel domestically and typically arrive within 4—6 working days. Green Thread pieces travel internationally and arrive within 10—13 working days.

Every product page on ravencreed.com clearly states which line the garment belongs to — Made in India, or Green Thread. The expected delivery window is also shown at checkout based on the line and your shipping address.
If your order combines pieces from both lines, they will arrive separately, each following its own timeline. You receive a dispatch and tracking notification for each shipment.
A tracking link is sent to your email the moment your order is dispatched — typically the same day the parcel leaves our facility. It may take a few hours for the courier system to reflect the first scan.
If you have not received a tracking link within 72 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then write to us at order@ravencreed.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Green Thread is our flagship sustainable line — crafted using globally certified eco-conscious fabrics and fulfilment partners based in Europe. The longer delivery window reflects the reality of international production and customs transit, not a delay in our process.
The trade-off is deliberate. We would rather keep Green Thread honest about its sustainable credentials than compromise the supply chain for speed. Every piece in this line carries the certification it earns.
Most orders arrive within the stated windows. On rare occasions, delays occur — weather, peak season courier volumes, customs holds, or local delivery exceptions are the usual causes. The tracking link remains the most reliable source of real-time status.
If your parcel has not moved for more than 5 working days beyond the expected delivery window, write to us at order@ravencreed.com with your order number. We will escalate it with the courier directly.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, write to us as quickly as possible at order@ravencreed.com with the new address and your order number. We will update it before production completes.
Once the parcel is in transit, address changes must be requested directly with the courier using the tracking link. Raven Creed cannot intervene after dispatch, though we are happy to guide you through the courier process.
Domestic shipping within India is offered on standard terms, with any applicable charges shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
From time to time we run free shipping promotions — these are announced via email and on the website. We do not hide fees or add surprises after checkout. What you see at the payment screen is what you pay.
If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbours or your building concierge first — parcels are occasionally received on your behalf. If it is genuinely missing, write to us within 48 hours of the delivery notification with your order number.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it, then photograph the contents. Send both to order@ravencreed.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — the choice is yours.
