The Green Thread Series is Raven Creed's purest statement of purpose — garments built from the ground up with sustainability at every step, without sacrificing the weight, drape, or darkness the Creed demands. Organic cotton. Water-based inks. Reduced-chemical finishing. This is premium that respects the process and the planet.
We use a hybrid approach — Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for photographic detail and fine gradients, combined with precision DTFlex printing for bold, high-opacity graphics. This dual method delivers unmatched clarity, durability, and depth of colour on heavyweight cotton — where lesser prints crack, fade, or pill after a few washes.
Every Raven Creed print uses eco-friendly water-based inks — free of PVC, phthalates, and heavy metals. These inks absorb directly into the cotton fibre rather than sitting on top, creating a softer hand-feel and a print that breathes with the fabric.
Post-print, each piece undergoes enzyme washing and garment-level finishing. This removes excess dye, softens the hand, and creates subtle tonal variation that gives the piece an aged, considered quality from the first wear.
Every garment passes through pre-print fabric inspection, post-print colour accuracy verification, and final hand-and-fit check before it earns the Raven Creed label. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't ship.
