Chapter I — The Model Why Made-to-Order

Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Raven Creed follows a made-to-order model. Each piece is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed. This is an intentional choice — it reduces excess production, keeps our releases limited and considered, and ensures nothing we make ends up in a landfill because it never found the right wearer.

Because every garment is made specifically for the person who ordered it, we cannot accept returns for reasons of size preference, change of mind, or subjective expectations. We ask that you carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — that is always on us, and we will always make it right.
Chapter II — The Conditions When Returns Apply

Clear. Fair. Honest.

Because our model is made-to-order, returns apply only when something has genuinely gone wrong. Here is exactly where the line sits.

Eligible for Return

If we got it wrong.

  • Item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product or wrong size from our side
  • Item does not match the product page description
  • Request made within 10 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition

Not returnable by design.

  • Change of mind or preference after delivery
  • Incorrect size chosen (size chart was available)
  • Subjective expectations that differ from product details
  • Worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used garments
  • Requests initiated beyond the 10-day window
Chapter III — The Process If Something Is Wrong

Write

Email order@ravencreed.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description, and clear photographs of the issue.

Approve

We review your request within 24 hours and respond with a resolution path — replacement, refund, or further guidance.

III

Ship

Send the piece back, unworn and in original condition. Since the fault is ours, return shipping is on us.

IV

Refund

Once received and verified, we either craft your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7—10 days.

Why do you not accept change-of-mind returns?

Raven Creed is made-to-order. When you place an order, we begin creating that specific piece for you. Nothing is held in stock. Nothing is mass-produced. This lets us keep our releases intentional, our production limited, and our environmental footprint honest.

Accepting returns for change of mind would mean producing garments that risk never being worn — which contradicts everything the brand stands for. We ask that you order with care, consult the size chart, and read the product details closely. If anything is unclear, write to us before you place your order, and we will answer personally.

What counts as damage or defect?

A defect is anything we would not have shipped if we had seen it first — torn seams, missing stitching, fabric flaws, print or dye errors, or damage that occurred in transit. Every Raven Creed piece is hand-inspected before dispatch, so defects are rare. But when they happen, we take them seriously.

Natural characteristics of the fabric — small variations in texture, slight colour shifts between screen and cloth, or the gradual softening that comes with wear — are part of the material and not considered defects.

How do I begin a return for damage or defect?

Write to us at order@ravencreed.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of what went wrong, and clear, well-lit photographs of the issue. Do not ship anything back before hearing from us.

We respond within 24 hours on working days. Every request is read and reviewed by a human — there is no automated ticket queue at Raven Creed.

Since the fault is on our side, return shipping costs are covered entirely by Raven Creed.

What happens after I send the item back?

Once we receive the returned piece, we inspect it within 2 working days to verify the issue matches your report. We then confirm your resolution by email.

Your options: we either craft a replacement piece to the same specification, or we issue a full refund to your original payment method. The choice is yours.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we process the refund on our end — usually the same day we confirm your return — the time to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.

  • Credit or Debit Card: 7—10 working days
  • UPI or Net Banking: 3—5 working days
  • International Cards: 10—14 working days, depending on issuing bank

If your refund does not arrive within the expected window, write to us with your order number and we will trace it directly with the payment provider.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Because we begin making your piece as soon as the order is confirmed, cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase and before production begins. Write to us at order@ravencreed.com as quickly as you can with your order number.

Once a garment has moved into production, cancellation is no longer possible — the piece is already being created specifically for you. We appreciate your understanding of why this matters.

Do you offer exchanges for a different size?

Because each piece is made-to-order, we cannot offer free exchanges for sizing errors made at the time of purchase. The size chart on every product page is detailed and accurate — please use it carefully before ordering.

If you are uncertain about sizing, write to us before placing your order with your measurements, and we will recommend the right fit for your build. We would far rather answer a size question in advance than produce a garment that does not fit.

Send us your request at order@ravencreed.com with order number, details, and photographs of the issue. We acknowledge receipt the same day.

Within 24 Hours

Request Reviewed

A team member reviews your request personally and responds with the next steps — return authorisation, shipping guidance, and your resolution options.

Day 2 — 7

Return in Transit

You ship the piece back using the method we provide. Since the fault is ours, return shipping is covered. Share tracking with us once dispatched.

On Receipt

Verified & Approved

We receive and inspect the piece within 2 working days, confirm the issue, and approve your chosen resolution — a replacement crafted to the same specification, or a refund.

7 — 10 Days

Resolved

If you chose a refund, it reaches your original payment method within the expected window. If you chose a replacement, production begins immediately and we update you on expected delivery.
