Return Eligibility

All return claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this window will not be entertained under any circumstance.

Please inspect your t-shirt carefully upon receipt. Should you identify any damage, defect, or discrepancy, contact our support team immediately at order@ravencreed.com with the following details to expedite your claim:

Refund Issued

Credit applied within 10 business days.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider. If 15 business days have elapsed since approval without a refund appearing in your account, contact us immediately at order@ravencreed.com.

Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement garment over a refund, we recommend initiating the return process for the affected item and placing a fresh order separately once your return has been approved. This approach ensures the fastest possible turnaround and guarantees your preferred size or style is reserved for you without delay.
