We currently ship within India only. We're expanding carefully, and will announce new regions as they open.

Yes. COD is available on all Indian orders at checkout. For the smoothest experience, prepaid orders are prioritized in our dispatch queue — but the choice is always yours.

Yes, always. Once your order is handed to the courier, a tracking link is sent to the email you used at checkout — no need to ask.

You have 10 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, provided the piece arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect on our end. Reach out to our support team with your order number and a clear photograph.

At this time, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong items sent by us. If the size selected at checkout was a misstep on your part, unfortunately we cannot facilitate an exchange — but our size chart on every product page is detailed enough to make sure that never happens. If you're between sizes, our sizing section below will help.

Once your returned piece reaches our fulfillment partner and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit typically reflects in 3–5 additional working days.

No. Every piece is eligible for return if the fault lies with us — sale, full-price, or otherwise. We don't believe in asterisks.

For items damaged or sent incorrectly by us — none. Send it back as received. For any other case, the piece must remain unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Our Classic and Green Thread collections run from S to 5XL. The Dark Doctrine oversized series is cut from S to 2XL. Every size is built on authentic Indian body measurements — not borrowed from elsewhere.

Classic is cut true to Indian sizing — a regular shoulder, a clean drop from chest to hem, no compromise on length. Order your usual size and it will sit the way a t-shirt is meant to sit.

Boxy, by design — a wider shoulder drop, a weighted drape, and a relaxed chest. If you prefer a closer silhouette, stay with your true size. If you like the oversized look to read intentionally, size up once. For anything in between, reference the chart on the product page — it's measured, not estimated.

Every Raven Creed piece is cut from 100% cotton. Classic and Green Thread are woven at 180 GSM for a softer, everyday drape. Dark Doctrine oversized tees are built at 240 GSM — heavyweight, structured, with the kind of weight you feel the moment it leaves the box.

Classic and Oversized pieces are crafted in India. From raw cotton to finished garment, our production stays within local hands — a choice rooted in craftsmanship, not cost.

Green Thread pieces are Europe. produced through globally certified partners with a focus on responsible materials and precision manufacturing.

We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing and selective embroidery, depending on the piece. All our inks are water-based and toxin-free — they sit softer on cotton, age gracefully with wear, and leave no chemical residue on the skin.

Our Green Thread series is certified GOTS, OEKO-TEX, and PETA-approved — traceable organic cotton, non-toxic dye processes, cruelty-free throughout. Across every collection, our prints are produced with water-based, toxin-free inks. Sustainability isn't a marketing layer for us — it's the condition our pieces are built under.

Cold wash, inside out. Skip the tumble dryer where you can — line drying keeps the fabric's weight and the print's depth intact for years, not months.

No. Every Raven Creed piece is pre-shrunk during production. What you receive is the size it stays.

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, Cash on Delivery, and PayPal for international orders. Every transaction runs through verified gateways with full encryption — your details stay yours.

Yes — within 2 to 3 hours of placing the order. After that, the piece has already entered production and we cannot recall it. Write to us as early as you can at support@ravencreed.com.

Not at this time. Raven Creed is built around considered, small-run production — each piece deserves the same attention, and volume dilutes that. This may open in the future for the right partnerships.
